Adam Gant

Canadian real estate investor Adam Gant is dedicated to improving housing access and affordability for families in North America and around the world. Often consulted on topics ranging from residential real estate to land development and senior care, he is widely known for devising a unique housing finance model called “shared equity.” The model was featured and popularized in his 2020 novel, A House Shared, a parable about the modern-day housing crisis.
